Meet with Grace Carlisle, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to discuss current symptoms, prior medical and psychiatric history, family history, and both medication and non- medication options for managing symptoms. Grace takes a holistic approach and prioritizes meeting patients where they are at, while collaborating with them to create a treatment plan that they feel is best tailored to help them through all the challenges life brings.
Genesight Testing
GeneSight Psychotropic is a pharmacogenomic test which means that it analyzes how your genes may affect medication outcomes. The GeneSight test analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. Results can inform your healthcare provider about how you may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions.
